Suzhou Taihu New Planning Exhibition Hall is the command center of the whole Taihu New City. Taihu New City is an important opportunity for the expansion of Suzhou city to the Taihu Lake. The new city, new industry and new life are the design concepts of Suzhou Taihu New City. It will be a smart, ecological, low-carbon and green new city. “one center, four cities” determined by the Suzhou Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government is an important part of the new pattern of the planning of Suzhou City . It is a milestone for Suzhou to leap from the “canal age” to the “Taihu era”. It represents the highest level of urban construction in Suzhou and is of great significance to the competitiveness and influence of Suzhou city. With the southward shift of Suzhou's urban
development focus, Taihu New City will replace the development status of industrial parks and high-tech zones in Suzhou, bringing incalculable opportunities to Wuzhongnan and Wujiang districts around Suzhou Bay.

System Functions:
The project undertakes the power monitoring of 0.4KV power distribution station low voltage part , and monitors the electrical equipment such as the incoming line cabinet, the outlet cabinet and the generator complete set of cabinets. TOKY-PMS2.0 power monitoring system realize the real-time monitoring of the current, voltage, power, switch state and other electrical parameters of each circuit in the substation, thereby achieving intelligent management of the substation with few people on duty or unattended. It integrates various functions of dataacquisition, storage, graphics generation, report output, remote monitoring, etc.
★ Distribution network topology diagram: It can visually display the distribution lines in form of distribution secondary trunk diagrams, and display real time electrical parameters of each loop and the switching status of the distribution loop switches in the system interface.
★ Power report query: The system has the function of periodical meter reading summary of each loop. Users can freely query the power usage of each power distribution node in any time period since the normal operation of the system.
★ Load trend curve: The load trend curve is designed for the total incoming line and the important load. It is convenient for the power distribution maintenance personnel to get information of the power demand and the power system load ratio, ensure the reliability of the power supply, and provide data reference for the user's energy consumption .
★ Remote signal and telemetry real-time alarm: The alarm type includes the measured value overlimit , the circuit breaker swith on and off, and equipment communication fault. When making alarms, alarm screen automatically popped up and make voice or information remind.
★ User rights management: User rights management function is set. Prevent unauthorized operations by user rights management.
★ Communication status diagram: It can display the entire system network structure completely, and can diagnose system communication status online. When a network failure occurs, the fault unit and fault location will display on the screen automatically .
